Prior to joining Infinite Insight, Althea was the Operations Director at Research Solutions. She has over 20 years experience in management consultancy, specialising in strategic development and implementation, HR, debt management, operations and systems & process guidance.
Prior to consultancy, she worked in Kenya's capital markets for over 10 years in various senior capacities in Dyer and Blair Limited. She was a resource person for the World Bank during the development of the regional stock markets, and was finally the Company's General Manager/Executive Director.
Althea holds an MBA – IT (University of Leicester) and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies (University of North London). She is a member of MSRA, SAMRA and ESOMAR. In 2017, Althea was the Chairperson of MSRA.
Jane has lived and worked in Africa for over 30 years with more than 20 years work experience in the research industry, holding CEO positions most recently with IPSOS and previously with Research Solutions and Research International.
She is founder and past Chairman of the Marketing & Social Research Association (MSRA) and past Vice Chair of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK). She was the East African representative for ESOMAR and is a member of the UK Institute of Directors. Before research, Jane worked with MCL Saatchi, General Electric and the British High Commission.
A founder of the Brand Kenya initiative, Jane chairs the board of trustees of The Children's Village and is Board Chair of Maji na Ufanisi. She sits on the Board of Advisors of the University of Nairobi mentorship programme Greenhorn, and is on the board of Paystream Ltd and 3Mice Interactive Media Ltd.
Mr. Warshaw has over 25 years of social science research experience conducting public opinion surveys, media research, impact monitoring and evaluation, measures of performance and effectiveness studies, user experience research, and consumer studies.
He has set up research operations in conflict environments and developing countries including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Nigeria, Pakistan, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela, and Yemen. He worked on polling for the Emmy award-winning ABC News series 'Where Things Stand' and on D3 multi-country projects for the Pew Research Center and the U.S. State Department.
He also leads Research Control Solutions (RCS), D3's CAPI software platform. He holds a B.A. from American University and an M.A. from Georgetown University, and has Expert Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the Insights Association.
Kelley is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia with over 22 years of expertise in the financial sector spanning international financial management, tax strategies, and auditing procedures. She provides strategic planning, financial analyses, accurate forecasting, contract planning, and project management as a trusted advisor to D3 executives.
Kelley is responsible for maintaining D3's company risk management program, performing cost-benefit analyses, and securing funding for innovative initiatives. She also serves as D3's Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Information Technology Protection Security Officer (ITPSO). She joined the Infinite Insight board in January 2025.
